The Big Bidder Rule & Policies

1. If items are not picked up, Eagle Communication reserves the right to re-sell the item. 
2. Most items have expiration dates.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to use the items before it expires.  No refunds will be made for expired certificates.
3. Eagle Communications is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged certificates. Lost, stolen or damaged certificates can not be replaced.
4. Some, but not all of the items, have warranties.  Eagle Communications does not warranty any of the items purchased on The Big Bidder.  Warranties, if offered, are from the providing business and/or the item manufacturer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pursue any warranty there may be with the manufacturer of the item or the business that has participated on The Big Bidder. 
5. Eagle Communications is not responsible for the closing of any business that has participated on The Big Bidder. No refunds will be given in the event a buyer has not used the product or certificate by the time a participating business closes. 
6. Some items or certificates have special restrictions. Please read product page carefully as these restrictions will be on product’s page on 6. thebigbidder.com
7. Sales Tax may be applicable on items purchased from the The Big Bidder. Sales Tax is due at the sponsoring business when your item or product is claimed. It is the responsibility of buyer to pay tax to merchant for items normally require the payment of sales or any other tax.
8. Eagle Communications reserves the right to refuse any bid for any reason.
9. Eagle Communications reserves the right to change or modify the The Big Bidder rules at any time and without notice.
